三 |          玄戒O3还是全球首个支持LPDDR6的移动处理器，带宽高达113.8GB/s，相比玄戒O1提升48%。          集成60MB的片上缓存，包含12MB的L2和16MB的L3，GPU和NPU也有独立缓存，还有16MB的系统级共享缓存。         NPU架构全面重构，专为Xiaomi MiMo端侧大模型而生，拥有夸张的200TOPS张量算力、3.13TFLOPS向量算力，端侧AI性能大幅提升45%。    针对功耗和流畅性，玄戒O3进行大量优化，采用玄戒统一融合总线架构、顶层金属走线等技术，实现行业领先的82ns静态时延表现。
