二 | 据央视新闻报道，这艘双体帆船游艇在泰国普吉岛皇帝岛北部海域距离岸边约1.6海里处发生船体进水情况，导致船只逐渐下沉并倾覆。事发后，当地救援中心立即协调相关部门和巡逻船展开救援。同时，附近几家旅游公司的快艇也迅速赶来参与救援行动。

三 | 最终船上的所有人员均获救，无人员伤亡。据当地救援人员透露，救援成功的一个关键因素是船上所有游客都按照安全规定穿戴了救生衣。“当时我们在去皇帝岛的路上，看到一艘船已经是半沉状态，船上的人穿着救生衣，趴在沉船上。

四 | 我们的船是第一个到的。”王女士介绍，当地时间13日中午12时许，她和家人搭乘的普吉岛狂想曲号船艇在前往皇帝岛的途中，遇到了这艘沉船。“我们的船员赶紧上前施救，船上还有一名外国游客也准备下水，但被船员劝阻了。”王女士介绍，五六名船员纷纷下水，游向沉船，然后陆续将被困的人员拉拽到普吉岛狂想曲号上。因为落水人员衣服已湿透，船员们还给他们提供了干浴巾裹着。“不少游客受了惊吓，情绪不是很好，还有人的腿部有擦伤。”王女士说，有船员还给获救人员提供了饮料。
