二 | 工业和信息化部当天召开北斗规模应用宣传媒体圆桌会，工业和信息化部电子信息司副司长史惠康介绍，近年来我国持续扩大北斗在大众消费、工业制造、融合创新等领域的规模化落地，统筹推进试点培育、产品推广、标准完善、生态构建等各项工作，北斗规模应用取得阶段性成效。 据悉，有关方面支持北斗高精度、抗干扰、低功耗相关产品研发与产业化，推动产品性能提升、成本持续下降。截至2025年底，国产北斗兼容型芯片及模块累计出货量接近26亿片，各类北斗功能终端产品社会总保有量超过22亿台(套)。
三 | 产业供给能力持续夯实的同时，城市试点示范效应不断显现。截至今年上半年，39个北斗规模应用试点城市累计推广北斗独立定位应用终端超1200万台(套)。多个城市在共享两轮车、巡游出租车、公务用车、“两客一危”、农用机械、警用装备等特定领域已实现100%应用北斗，标杆示范效应突出。 北斗深度融入千行百业。国内重点行业北斗终端设备保有量接近4000万台(套)，重点行业综合应用渗透率约90%;共享两轮车、智能手表、车载应用等消费场景广泛普及，支持北斗定位的可穿戴设备保有量超过1.6亿台，超过1亿台乘用车部署北斗车载定位设备。 记者了解到，“十五五”期间，工业和信息化部将会同有关方面，进一步夯实北斗创新发展基础，继续支持关键技术攻关及产业化应用，持续开展北斗规模应用试点培育等。同时以北斗规模应用为基础，积极培育时空信息产业，一体推进卫星定位、导航、授时、遥感、地理信息系统、通信、卫星互联网等协同发展。
