China condemns unilateral sanctions without basis in international law or authorization of UN Security Council: FM_我的网站

A |     (ECNS) -- China firmly opposes illicit unilateral sanctions that have no basis in international law or the authorization of the UN Security Council, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lin Jian said Tuesday.    He made the remarks after U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent on Monday laid out plans for the economic asphyxiation of Iran, expanding Washington's secondary sanction threats and warning of dire consequences for countries that do not join the campaign.     Lin stressed that economic warfare and maximum pressure provide no solution. On the contrary, they only serve to fuel tensions and lead to risk spillover, which will disrupt the global economic and financial order, and harm the legitimate rights and interests of other countries.    The spokesperson noted that the pressing task is to facilitate the de-escalation of the situation and return to dialogue and negotiation as soon as possible, adding that China will do everything necessary to firmly safeguard its rights and interests.        (By Gong Weiwei)                            。    中新网8月25日电 据中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行纪检监察组、山东省纪委监委消息：日前，经中央纪委国家监委批准，中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行纪检监察组、山东省聊城市监委对中国建设银行河南省分行原党委书记、行长石永拴严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。                        　　经查，石永拴丧失理想信念，背弃初心使命，违反中央八项规定精神，违规收受礼品、接受宴请；组织原则缺失，在职工录用方面违规为他人谋取利益；违反廉洁纪律，违规经商办企业，拥有非上市公司股份，借用管理和服务对象钱款；违反工作纪律，违规干预业务；利用职务便利为他人在企业贷款、基金设立等方面谋取利益，并非法收受巨额财物。         　　石永拴严重违反党的组织纪律、廉洁纪律和工作纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大甚至十九大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重、影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。

B | 依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经中国建设银行党委研究，决定给予石永拴开除党籍处分；经中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行纪检监察组研究，决定按规定取消其享受的退休待遇；收缴其违纪违法所得；经山东省聊城市监委研究，决定将石永拴涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。【编辑:陈海峰】。
